Returns Policy
We at Crocodile Trading believe that you will be delighted with your product. However, in the event you feel the requirement to return the product, the following Returns Policy outlines the procedure which must be adhered to.
If at any point you do not understand this policy please email our Customer Services department who will be happy to assist. The following policy does not affect you statutory rights.
Crocodile Trading Ltd offer a 14-day returns policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days of delivery you may return the purchased item. Please note you the purchaser are responsible for the cost of returning the item, any insurances to cover the return whilst in transit is the responsibility of you the purchaser. It is recommended that the product is sent via a "signed on delivery" courier service. The product must be returned in it's original, unused, undamaged condition. Please note Crocodile Trading Ltd reserve the right to refuse any item returned, which appears to have been opened or damaged whilst in transit. Once a product has been returned and checked a refund of the purchase price only, will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
Faulty or damaged returns.
In the unfortunate event where you the purchaser receive an item which has been damaged whilst in transit or is faulty, the item can be returned to Crocodile Trading Ltd, within 14 days of delivery, for either an exchange or credit note which must be redeemed within 14 days of issue. Where faults are reported after the 14 days period Crocodile Trading reserve the right to charge for replacement parts and other incurred costs.
